
Lost Package Support

Thank you for reaching out regarding your missing package. I understand how frustrating this situation can be, and I’m here to help. Here is the process we follow to resolve lost-package cases:
1. Please allow up to 5 full days after the listed delivery date.
Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered early or experience a short delay. Day 1 begins the day after the reported delivery date, and day 5 ends at 11:59 PM.
2. While you wait, please check the following:

with neighbors or building staff
-
around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, side entrance, lobby, etc.)

with anyone who may have accepted the package on your behalf
-
and, if tracking shows “Delivered,” please contact the carrier to open a Missing Package inquiry
Most packages are located during this stage.
If the package has still not arrived by the end of the 5th day, we will file an official case with the carrier to investigate.
Please allow the carrier time to complete their investigation.
Please note:
We are unable to issue a refund or replacement until the carrier confirms that the package is officially declared lost. This protects both you and our small business from errors or early scans, which are common in the delivery process.
We will update you as soon as the carrier provides us with their findings.
