A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least [X hours/days] before your session begins. Refunds apply only to the remaining balance — your booking deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.

 

If you cancel your session within 24 hours of your service, a refund will be issued to you, minus a 35% cancellation fee.
