Cancellations within 12 hours and 1 minute to 24 hours of shoot-time are subject to an automatic fee in the amount of 25% of the billing total for services booked by the customer. Cancellations within 12 hours of shoot-time are subject to an automatic fee in the amount of 50% of the billing total for services booked by the customer.
