Those who fail to meet their obligations may face disciplinary action, including termination.

No member, including managing members, is exempt from this Code of Ethics.

Depending on the severity of the violation, actions may include disciplinary measures, up to and including termination of membership or employment.

Violations of this Code of Ethics are punishable at the discretion of Studio GBQ LLC. Punishments may range from warnings to suspensions and up to the termination of employment or membership, depending on the severity of the violation. Studio GBQ reserves the right to determine the appropriate course of action for each individual case.
